VOLCANSMOKE Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests made within 7 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Before returning any item, email us at rtkj877@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not send a return without contacting us first.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at rtkj877@gmail.com and include photos so we can review the issue.

Items used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless they were defective when received. Return instructions and any applicable return-shipping costs will be confirmed by email before the item is sent back.

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered fulfillment.
